I selected isell247 with their standard supply. To my delight it arrived by city link on 20/05/11 days earlier than predicted. Congratulations to all involved. I have now used the cleaner for the stairs and it will make cleaning the car much simpler.

Very impressed with the suction and amount of use before it needs recharging. So much better than the very cheap rechargeable dustbusters. Only very minor niggle is that the brush attachment needs to be removed before charging so can’t be left on all the time. But overall highly recommended.

Ok, but runs out of juice fast, and noisy. This is ok, but does seem to run out of energy very fast. It has to be recharged more frequently than i would have expected. The pivot nose is great, as you can adjust the angle to get into various nooks and crannies. However, i didn’t find it as powerful as i had hoped. I had a black and decker dustbuster years ago, which if i remember rightly, seemed to have better suction. (although this was one of the first, so it may just have seemed very efficient). It may be that as the design has become more complex, it has caused a decline in what the product is actually meant to do. I use it some of the time, but i generally end up getting the old vacuum out, or dustpan and brush.

Great little hoover does the job many thanks and i love the base it sits in.

Did have a slight problem when i broke a jug containing water and i tried to use vac to remove any bits of glass on the carpet, the carpet was still wet and the powerful suction meant water got inside the unit and ended up spraying foam out of the air vent.My own fault – so be warned and stay clear of fluid. Cleaned it up and it is working perfectly.
