DC44 Origin Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner, Expensive but good

I live in portugal and have problems with loads of. I live in portugal and have problems with loads of dust on tile floors also loads of dog hairs on the carpetthe dyson dc44 cleans both services automatically which is good.

This is simply genius – dyson has thought of everything.

Very disappointed re dyson and not cheap. . Very dissapointed the battery only last 15 mins and does not do the whole of my bungalow vacuuming so have to keep chargingwhich takes 5 hours each time.

I do like dyson products they work well and have a quality build. The collection box is quite small and needs keeping an eye on. Charges fairly quickly and lasts a good twenty minutes.

DC44 Origin Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner : Even the kids like using it. Just what i need, even the kids like using it.

        Great to go cordless, but there are some drawbacks. With its battery and revolving brush head, the dc44 is in some ways more like a carpet-sweeper than a vacuum cleaner – a great advantage in terms of easy storage, manoeuvrability and operating without a cable. It does have some of the same drawbacks as a carpet-sweeper, however, leaving wheel-tracks on carpet and struggling at times to pick up dirt off a lino kitchen floor. The head is 2/3 of the size of the one on my old miele hoover, and thus covers less ground. Its very flexible head also proves an annoyance when hoovering stairs, as it flops backwards off each step. Extremely irritating too is the trigger-switch for turning it on, which has to be held down at all times, necessitating some discomfort. It has been sufficiently useful to keep, but there are enough issues that i think i shall have to retain my old hoover as well.
