Dihl VC-HH216-RED Hand Held Cordless Vacuum Cleaner : Seriously good value

Not as much power as i thought it should have.

Excellent item, every bit as good as my previous. Excellent item, every bit as good as my previous dyson. My dyson stopped working and the customer services said it maybe the battery a new one is £60, but maybe not so not worth risking, they advised i spent £200 and bought a new one on ‘special offer’i spent £52. 99 and got one just as good, if it lasts a quarter of the time i can buy 4 of these and spend the same money. Excellent product thank you.

Its light and does the job of cleaning well. Worth the money compared to others at a much greater price. Can be used hand held or with the carpet extension which has convenient little wheels to make ‘light work’ of the carpets, with retractable brushes. Perfect for a quick tidy-up. I purchased this initially for cleaning, with its long tube attachment, ceilings and high corners, which it does the job perfectly. It also works equally well on cushions and small seated areas, as well as – with the brush attachment – on carpets, providing strong suction to remove for the tiniest particles. Easy to handle, it’s a great value item thoroughly recommended for those small jobs or a quick tidy-up without the entanglement of power cords that come with most stand-up cleaners.

      Its ok for small areas ,did nt think it was strong enough suction for me tho and the bit that holds the dirt is small and dont hold much dirt,also takes ages to charge up,dissapointed ,dont buy this one.

      Good points:light, easy to use, good build quality. Not so good points:charging mechanism, vacuum power, small nozzle. Given the price point this is a great buy. The vacuum power is a little low, and the small nozzle irritating – i’ll probably make a new one from an old full size vacuum nozzle, as it takes ages to vacuum anything with the supplied one. Would have made a huge difference to have a charging dock and wall hanger, instead it’s a plug on adapter. Other than that, well built, easy to use, a nice little unit.

    Not bad- some harsh reviews. For £50 it does what i want- vacuums crumbs that my children drop on the floor. Gives the car a quick tidy up. It will disappoint you if you think it will have the same power as a plug in vacuum.
