Not too heavy to carry up the stairs.

Very good hoover and lots cheaper than any wear else.

Was recommended by three people, it is a light and powerful vacuum cleaner i tried some of the other light cleaners on the market but this one came out best.

Bought one for our daughter. She would not sell it for £500 loves it .

But it seems great and the suction is much better than my old. Have only used the vacuum cleaner a few times, but it seems great and the suction is much better than my old machine.

    Not all it’s cracked up to be. This vacuum has been a blessing. Having 3 dogs (2 springer spaniels and one yorkshire terrier) our kitchen and lounges get mucky fast. The dogs aren’t allowed in the front of the house so much, so the sofas they are allowed on are well used. We clean up everyday and it’s still not even enough. When i saw this product i was interested in its ‘animal’ usp, but i am disappointed at this. I don’t see what part of this machine varies and makes it more suitable for an animal lover. For a start, the hairs clog around the inside and get stuck in the main air flows, causing blockages in which the machine goes on and off (like breathing in for air underwater). This wouldn’t be a problem if you could empty the bin properly with ease and with actual instructions.Having to google how to empty your vacuum cleaner is simply ridiculous.

        Too much power for its own good. This machine seems to have more power than it can handle when set to maximum. On thick carpets it is forever cutting out as it thinks it is blocked. Having said that, when it is working it seems to be picking up more dog hairs than my main dyson vacuum cleaner does. The gap between the inner and outer casing of the dust box is too small so dog hairs easily clog it and you have to either take it all apart and clean it out with a brush or get a screw driver and prise out the hairs and fluff. I also have to frequently take the filter out and give it a knock to dislodge dust and particles as minor clogging seems to make the cutting out problem worse. The battery life seems to be good. If i do not use it on maximum i can usually wiz round the whole house and on maximum i can do the car. On balance i would buy it again but it is a bit of a pain to use.
