Hoover Vortex CA192PB2001 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 19 : Excellent Value For Money

So far i have been very impressed with this product – it does exactly what i wanted it to do. I still use my corded vacuum for thoroughly vacuuming a room but for keeping the rest of my flat up together this is just the job. It’s easy to use, picks up pet hair and is lightweight. I don’t have anything negative to say about it and hopefully this will continue. I would definitely recommend it.

Better than i expected for the price. We have tile or parquet floors and it does a great job on them as long as the dirt isn’t too large. It’s also very effective on rugs with the rotating brush turned on. We have no pets so can’t comment on dog hairs etc. The dust cap gets jammed with dirt occasionally and won’t close properly. It won’t stand up without support. It hasn’t got the suction of our 2. 2 kw vac – but it can’t be expected to have. Here are the specifications for the Hoover Vortex CA192PB2001 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 19:

  • Bagged or Bagless: Bagless
  • Run Time (mins): 35 mins
  • Rechargeable: Yes
  • Air Watts (watts): 0 watts

This little thing is amazing. This little thing is amazing. Wish it held a little more but then that would make it heavier.

Why didn’t i buy one sooner. Speedy delivery and light weight easy to manoeuvre cordless vacuum. The detachable handheld is great for cleaning the car and the charging stand can be moved around so you don’t have to fix it to one place. The charge lasts half and hour which is longer than the most expensive ones on the market.

I love it – it is light and manoeuvrable with good. I bought this hoover a few weeks ago. I love it – it is light and manoeuvrable with good suction and picks everything up [unlike my present vax vacuum cleaner which is heavy, and needs plugging into different points, trip over flex , and doesn’t pick bits up at all, etc i have a 1-bed flat, with 3 areas carpeted and it takes a little over 10 mins to hoover those and run the machine over the uncarpeted kitchen and bathroom. It has a 35 min charge, so it can be used 3 times before it needs charging again, and i have left it a week in between uses and the charge holds. The handheld works just fine as well. Easy to assemble, good manual. Even though there are a few down sides to it, i still find it is a good little machine and would recommend it. I am considering losing my vax and having this as my only cleaner. Cons – the dust cup is full after cleaning my flat, which has reasonable sized rooms; when you pull the release trigger to empty it, some bits do fall out but it is necessary to pull all the rest out by hand (only takes a minute ), and because the handle is not fixed it wobbles, but you soon get used to it. I also find i have to use the booster button all the time, even on uncarpeted areas – it doesn’t seem to pick up so well without it. ]

Not the most powerful but picks up reasonably well. Lasts on a single charge as per spec. Flexible in use from hand held to upright. Doesn’t hold much dust but for its size can’t complain. Annoyingly the green charge light doesn’t go out once fully charged so have to use guesswork. Overall reasonable value for money.
