VAX VRS2HV Handheld Cordless Vacuum : Powerful lil vac
Good suction and easy to empty. Doesn’t take ages to charge either.
Yes it took 15 hours to charge initially but i didn’t have to charge it much after that i suppose it depends on hoe much you use it. I use it for the car floor and the flat in between hoovering. It does the job very well and im glad i bought it , very handy .
Not as powerful as i was expecting & not easy to empty the nozzle. Here are the specifications for the VAX VRS2HV Handheld Cordless Vacuum:
- 0.4 Litre capacity
- Run time: 15 Minutes
- Charge time: 15 hours
- Washable filters
- Easy to clean and empty
I was expecting too much but i am quite disappointed with it. Having read all the reviews for this handheld cleaner maybe i was expecting too much but i am quite disappointed with it. The suction isn’t that good (and hasn’t been from day 1) so it doesn’t actually pick up that much. I wanted it for picking up very small bits of paper, etc in my craft room but it leaves quite a lot behind, including dust & dirt. Maybe i’ve been unlucky but i wouldn’t buy it again.
This is a solid piece of kit. There is ample power to clear up dog hairs from the car upholstery. My car was immaculate afterwards. The charge time is not as long as suggested and i got 20 minutes. I bought it for use in the car as i already have a product for use in the house. The price was mid range and i think it’s good value for money.
Reviews from purchasers :
- Really strong little cleaner with good suction. Ideal for car and stairs
- Great for little bits!
- Good value for money
I bought this little vacuum cleaner for my bedroom, just for little bits on the carpet. I am pretty impressed with it and it does do the job. It takes a while to charge and doesn’t last much longer than 5 minutes of continuous use. The compartment for the lint is pretty big, however can be awkward to empty due to the shape of it. My only other gripe is that covering the opening of the hole is a foam flap that lifts up with the suction when the vacuum is turned on. However, i find when the vacuum is losing battery the flap doesn’t lift as well and therefore it doesn’t suck up bits as well.
Takes a long time to re-charge and charging light does not extinguish even after about 15 hours charging – but not really a problem.
